Breathe through Life!

Use this stretch to release tension in the chest wall and widen through the collarbones.

1. Begin in a bridge prep with soles of the feet on the floor.

2. Bridge hips upwards towards the ceiling.

3. Interlace hands together so that shoulder blades retract towards the midline of the body.

4. Lay down in the arms.

5. Hold and breathe deeply for four to six breath cycles.
